Solutions for bad connections

1. Check Connection Status

When the strength of the network is low you can experience that the video is stuttering and/or dropping while casting. In the menu there is an indication of the network health. Hover over the icon to get more detailed stats.

2. Lower the video quality

  1. Verify the home region on your profile (should be as close to where you are)
  2. Be on a proper internet connection, preferably wired
  3. When on a wired connection, turn the wifi is turned off to avoid using the wrong connection
  4. If you still have issues, lower the quality of the video stream
  5. Go to your profile > put video preview quality to low
  6. Refresh the page

3. Lower the Bitrate

  • Go to your profile 
  • Video Quality: 360p (default) or 720p
  • Maximum Video Bitrate: between 200kbps and 2000 kbps, default is 320kbps
  • Maximum Audio Bitrate: value between 16kbps and 256kbps, default is 32kbps
