1. Check Connection Status
When the strength of the network is low you can experience that the video is stuttering and/or dropping while casting. In the menu there is an indication of the network health. Hover over the icon to get more detailed stats.
2. Lower the video quality
- Verify the home region on your profile (should be as close to where you are)
- Be on a proper internet connection, preferably wired
- When on a wired connection, turn the wifi is turned off to avoid using the wrong connection
- If you still have issues, lower the quality of the video stream
- Go to your profile > put video preview quality to low
- Refresh the page
3. Lower the Bitrate
- Go to your profile
- Video Quality: 360p (default) or 720p
- Maximum Video Bitrate: between 200kbps and 2000 kbps, default is 320kbps
- Maximum Audio Bitrate: value between 16kbps and 256kbps, default is 32kbps
