You can test your internet connectivity, streaming devices, camera, microphone, and speaker with the self-test.

Note: Prior to production, it is recommended to perform this test.

Self-testing: How do I do it?

• Start the connection test by pressing the "connection test" button in the main menu

• Then select the devices you wish to test and press start

• Give Kiswe access to the devices

Using the browser, grant Kiswe access to your devices. Two popups will appear, one for the microphone and one for the camera. 

• Currently, 4 checks are being conducted

  • Video stream: We are sending you a video stream. Do you see it?

  • Audio stream: Can you hear the audio from the video stream we sent you? If not, check your headphones or speakers.

  • Webcam: do you see yourself? If not, check your webcam and connection or try another device.

  • Microphone: Make sure you can hear yourself. If not, check your microphone and connection.

• Before giving you a final result, we perform a speed test to ensure everything works as it should.
