Role types

Administrators can assign different roles to members they create and invite in Kiswe Studio. Each role defines a list of permissions that members will have in the events they are invited to. The default roles available are listed below, along with their permissions.

  • Access productions: Crew members or talent can enter productions

  • New productions: Schedule and create upcoming productions

  • Clipper: Access and create clips from recorded productions

  • Stream manager: Create and edit streams

  • Talent manager: Manage the team and invite new members

  • Media manager: Upload and delete media files

  • Layout manager: Edit and create custom scene layouts

  • Template manager: Edit and delete custom templates

  • Billing: View and download the billing overview
