Administrators can create custom roles if the predefined roles do not meet the needs of their teams.

• Click the "New role" button.

• Name the role

• Set up the different permissions

• Then click "Save"

• Using the Talent panel, members can now be assigned this role

  

  Permission levels are as follows: 

  • View: View-only permissions. Not that impacts production can be changed, only personal previews and audio settings.

  • Create: Create and edit permissions for streams, talents, media, etc.

  • Delete: Remove talents, streams, files... Once confirmed, deletes cannot be reversed.
