1. Create a station switcher
- Start a new production via the dashboard
- Select the station switcher type from the dropdown
- Complete the settings
- Test : Off
- Name: Stadium name - Date > Stadium - Day 1
- Type: Station switcher
- Template: Leave empty
- Crew location: Global
- Main mixer: ?
- Backup mixer: ?
- Main preview: ?
- Backup preview: ?
- Start date: Jul 26 > 1 station room per day per stadium
- End date: Jul 26
- Open the room
2. Setup the room
Press on the "Add source" boxes to add content
2.1 Add graphics
The slates that are needed between the athlete moments & slates in case of technical issues
- Location: Row 1 - Box 1
- Press "Add Content" > graphics
- Select the slates from the correct folder
- No audio streams need to be activated
2.1 Add the station
- Location: Row 1 - Box 2
- Press "Add Content"
- Select Station as source
- Select the station of the venue
- Change the name to 'station name' (if needed)
- Give it a red color in the scene panel (next to the name field)
2.2 Add fan rooms (added on daily basis)
- Location: Row 2 - 3 - 4 - 5
- Press "Add Content"
- Select Fan rooms
- Search on name of the athlete
- Click to add
- Add the transition here & set the switch point
2.4 Manage the settings
- Go to the settings panel
- Add on output
- ?? which output stream should be added?
- Automation
- Switch layouts: Off
- Select guests: Off
- Approve guests: Off
3. Save as a template
- In the menu bar > open the options
- Leave the event
- Select "save as template"
- Name it after the stadium / station
